Terms & Conditions of Booking

1.   A �100 non refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
2.   If the deposit is not received within 7 days of verbally agreeing the booking the contract is then deemed cancelled.
3.   Keys and directions will be sent to your address 2 weeks prior to your departure.
4.   �50 Refundable key return/breakages deposit .
